All transfer bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after the customer receives a booking confirmation email from RidePickups.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, passenger information, contact details and flight information where applicable.
RidePickups operates with fixed transfer pricing shown before confirmation whenever possible. Prices may vary depending on:
For Schiphol Airport transfers, RidePickups may monitor flight arrival information to adjust pickup times in case of delays.
Free waiting time may be included depending on the booking type. Extended delays or major schedule changes may require rescheduling.
Customers may cancel their booking according to the cancellation conditions shown during booking or confirmation.
Passengers must behave respectfully toward drivers and vehicles during the journey.
RidePickups is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, airport operations or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
While every effort is made to ensure punctual service, estimated travel times are not guaranteed.
Customer information submitted during booking is used solely for transfer management, customer communication and service improvement.
RidePickups does not sell customer personal data to third parties.
RidePickups reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
