These terms explain the agreement between the passenger and Ride Pickups when a private journey is requested and confirmed.
1. Scope of services
Ride Pickups provides pre-booked private passenger transport services from and to Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (AMS) and other destinations within the Netherlands.
2. Bookings and confirmation
Bookings become binding only after written confirmation is issued by Ride Pickups. Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup, flight and contact information.
3. Prices and payments
All prices are per vehicle unless stated otherwise and include standard luggage and applicable taxes. Payment methods are communicated at booking.
4. Changes and cancellations
Free cancellation may be available depending on the booking conditions. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
5. Liability and limitations
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, flight delays or events beyond our control. Liability is limited to the price paid for the service.
6. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be settled by the competent courts of the Netherlands unless mandatory consumer protection laws apply otherwise.
